Assistant of Procument Manager

1. Purchase material and accessories provided to company production and operation activities to ensure those meet demand on price, quality, typical kind and on time.
2. Do Vendor & supplier management and negotiate with supplier on competitive price and secure supply.
3. In charge of market survey on supply chain and propose a better method/ plan/ strategy of purchasing on periodically
4. Manage tools, materials and staff training to be able to process and follow up with international system standard.
5. Join in Board of Project Management as a member for new project (if any)
6. Create strategic plans are drawn up with suppliers to support the manufacturing flow management process
7. Create and control activities related to planning, scheduling and supporting manufacturing operations
8. Place of work: Tay Ninh province or Hochiminh City

- Male / Female - Age over 35 years old and above
- University graduated major in bachelor of economic, Business administration, or Food science
- Acknowledge of current appalicable Law of Enterprise, Customs, Tax…
- At least 05 years of working experience in purchasing ( Manufacturing – Food business is prefer )
- English: Business English in correspondence and contract negotiation
- Project management and Analytical skills with people management
- Strong leadership, multi-task, able to work under pressure
- Strong people management and coaching skill
- Positive attitude with “can do” thinking and team working
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP & HACCP and others
