Assistant Merchandising Manager

- Communicate with key customer account from time to time
- Prepare for costing at the sample development stage
- Supervise and monitor merchandising team from sample development stage until shipment closely from time to time
- Handle difficulties and problems that cannot be managed by the subordinates
- Ensure all daily running and operations of merchandising team accurately, effectively and efficiently
- Ensure all key job timeline to be completed as planned and scheduled
- Ensure effective and efficient communication to get tasks done between production teams and merchandising teams
- Make monthly reports to immediate superior or Management
- Take up ad hoc projects or assigned tasks by immediate superior or Management from time to time

- Graduated from Colleague or University
- Level of English is TOEIC, Level B, C , and able to communicate in English
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in sizable factory and must be in garment or fashion factory or trading firm
- Computer ( word –excel ) level B.
- Hard working, able to complete the work on schedule and under pressure, patience to train and lead subordinates to get job done
- Immediate available is an advantage
