ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- fabric sales / sales assistant (delivery schedule follow ups and documents follow ups)
- attending & supporting customers from Japan and other countries, ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- making lists of collections
- being responsible for managing fabric showroom, maintain outstanding condition and visual merchandising standards
- making hangers and swatches,
- Keep up to date with product information
*Start to work in September (as soon as possible)

REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Proficiency in both Japanese and English
- Male/ Female new graduate (22~30)
- Proven working experience in sales, esp fabric, garment, etc..
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Experiences in Textile business (yarn, fabric or garment related business) shall be a plus.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
SALARY: base on aptitude and working experience
