We are seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates to be part of our dynamic. We offer 5 working days per week and provide a fair salary and excellent career opportunities.
Job Description:
1. Assist in the preparation of samples to be presented to buyers
2. Receive and send specifications and layouts to vendors for making samples.
3. Track all samples and prepare for delivery to buyers.
4. Coordinate & submits approvals, communicate and follow up between factories and buyers.
5. Responsible of order follow up until shipment.
6. Communicate regularly with vendors and assist in resolving any issues they may have in production.
7. Instruct supplier / factories how to use the system in job
8. Other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Degree holders with at least 1+ year experience in manufacturing, trading, buying offices.
- Must be able to follow-up from sampling, production to delivery
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Willing to take challenges
- Good command of English, as well as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Self-motivated, independent and a strong sense of responsibility
