* Department: Merchandising
I. Job Purpose:
Manage Merchandise Planning (Sales Forecasting, Sales Analysis), Supply Planning (Ordering, Inventory Control) and Planogram Concepts (Layout and Display) as well as Merchandise Administration (Contracts, Trading Terms, System, SOP) for the Merchandising Departments in Hanoi to maximize sales opportunities for all categories.
In line with Head office all the business procedure and regulation.
II. Job accountabilities;
- To facilitate management analysis of category sales performance, SKU productivity in line with market trend to forecast sales properly for effective ordering to achieve optimum results and recommend strategy by each category for total company growth.
- Work with Marketing & Business Development to conduct its own sales analysis and compile reports for the Services Category.
- To enhance effective ordering and inventory control for DC and imported items and extended to direct orders.
- Create Planograms for all stores flexibly so as to maximize sales performance of all categories.
- Collaborate with related departments to formulate store layout for new stores and then designate floor planning Merchandising layout and revamp layout of existing stores as necessary.
- Collaborate with Finance team to control the trading income collection process and ensure all trading incomes are collected on time in full.
- Issue and enforce guidelines/procedures to control maintenance of master data on system, contracting and administration performance properly.
- Collaborate with IT to strengthen the system efficiency.
- Train respective staff the required essential job skills.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- 5-year working experience in supply chain (the full spectrum of retail business processes) management.
- Solid working experience in convenience store sector as well as FMCG supply sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics or Business Administration.
- Effective communication in English and Vietnamese.
