Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for managing team, ensuring fairness and respect for team members
• Monitor daily work of each team member to meet requested deadline from related departments
• Communicate effectively with customers to verify order information, quality requirement and packing instruction in order to conform with customer’s request
• Follow up production problems during production process and be the coordinator to solve the issue right away
• Handling related issues to ensure no delivery delays or complaints from customers
• Complete over/short delivery quantity with related department
• Monthly reporting responsible for certain part of operation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Male/Female, under 40 years old
• University graduate specialized in related
• At least 5 years experience in garment manufacturing, minimum 2 years at the same position
• Good at English or Chinese.
