• Assist Merchandise Manager to manage sales, margin, and turns effectively

• Ensure General Merchandise personnel are well trained and available when needed

• Assist Merchandise Manager to evaluate sales trends, and create methods for sales growth

• Assist to create liaison with marketing manager on marketing efforts, product selection, merchandising
Hỗ trợ phối hợp với Marketing

• Assist to provide product layout and visual merchandising assistance
Hỗ trợ đưa ra bố trí sản phẩm

• Manage and correct any warehouse problems in a timely manner

• Sales performance reporting (inventory report, weekly report)

• Perform other related duties as required

• Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.

Promotions/ Khuyến mãi
• Assist to plan and execute “exceptional” promotions to bring both “new and existing” customers into the dealership on a regular basis.

• Assist to coordinate promotions with other departments to maximize return on promotions spending.

Supervisory Responsibilities/ Trách nhiệm giám sát
• Assist coordinate departmental work schedule, balancing the workloads of all employees.

• Assist establish job assignments and sales quota’s for all General Merchandise personnel within their skill level.

• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.

• 2 years of retail Accessory buying/merchandising experience
2 năm kinh nghiệm mua hàng hoặc Merchandising

• Willing to participate in events

• Spoken and written English
