Overall Role Purpose:
Responsible in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, for planning, budgeting, implementing and executing all marketing activities in Vietnam such as Brand Identity; Customer Engagement; Channel Partners Program; Market Research and customer segmentation... The role focuses on driving Yara’s customer centric strategy, being empowered, proactive and preemptive, setting the agenda, balancing long term approach with short term delivery in support of the Yara Vietnam business.

Key activities
• Together with the Marketing Manager, for planning, budgeting, implementing and executing all related marketing activities in Vietnam.
• Organise and implement all Online to Offline; Above the Line and Below the Line marketing activities to support & contribute to financial targets.
• Plan, budget, implement & ensure successful execution of marketing campaign through the provision of accurate & customer target lists, performance tracking; measurement & final ROI reporting in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.
• Manage and further develop the Yara brand through communicating a consistent message both internally and externally whilst ensuring all Company’s literature, packing and POSM that carry the brand are in full compliance with the Yara branding and advertising guidelines.
• Direct Marketing: Plan, develop and execute regular Direct Marketing campaigns to generate revenue achieving KPI.
• Customer Database Management & Analysis: Deep dive analyze customer performance and loyalty to build efficient campaigns/activities.
• Develop, plan and implement cost effective campaigns to secure maximum return on investment whilst ensuring that costs are kept within the Company’s Marketing budget that requires effective negotiations with vendors and agencies and constant monitoring of the budget.

• Liaise with agencies as & when required to support Vietnam marketing activities including marketing activities brainstorming; developing visual; content & providing graphic support.
• Conduct regular business reviews
AP Regional and Global Marketing Team
• Liaise with Regional and Global marketing teams as and when required

Process
Key activities
• Track & monitor progress of the digital marketing performance
• Prepare evaluation of the program results to ensure ROI
• Ensure all marketing activities executed in Vietnam are in full compliance with the Yara Brand Guidelines.
• Complete & manage within given timelines weekly/ monthly reports and Team Brief; Annual review presentations.
