1.OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION
Supplying Logistics service to SEV-BN ,SEVT –TN , SAVINA - HCM
2.ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall Inbound Biz
• Control LSPs
• Solving all irregularity cases
• KPI management
• Weekly, monthly volume report
• Volume forecast report
• Sales cost report
• Update, follow Circular of Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade about Customs.
• Daily control inbound member in order to meet SEVT’s requirement
• Cooperation with Finance / HR & GA / Export /SEV team in each other
• AR/AP controlling by Cello system
• Coordination with Customs office & SEVT logistics / Purchasing / MM team…
• Other requirement from Korean manager & MD

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Import Export Dep, Trade University
- EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in logistics /freight forwarding/shipping industry
- SKILLS:
Office computer skills, Systems access skills, Communication skills, Leader skills, Time management skills, negotiation skills.
