Assistant Manager with Hospitality Experience

Job Responsibilities
- Execute the duties of Assistant to COO of our Hotel Operation Department
- Assist in translating and giving opinions for strategic orientation of hotel operation development
- Cooperate with Project Manager and account manager during design process.
- Understand client requirements and brief the team accordingly.
- Communicate effectively design concept and strategies for client presentations and daily client interaction.
- Follow up consultancy contracts for design and construction
- Check the documents from other departments before approval
- Receive, filter, archive and send project information, drawings, essential information.
- Managing organization tasks and supporting tasks of printing, compiling and presenting project documents. Regularly update project schedule.
- Archive, arrange documents and contracts of projects.
- Prepare internal documents and send outside departments/ companies

Key Skills requested
- Knowledge of Hospitality principles and operations is a must. Knowledge in Construction, Market Analysis and Research would be a plus
- Teamwork responsible and good focus in details
- Understanding of concept, construction and material, specifications
- Ability to express ideas quickly, clearly and succinctly
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities and sensitivity in human scale
- Pro-activeness and self-motivation, with a continuous desire to both learn from, and mentor others
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budget your time
- Honest, quick, careful, have a sense of responsibility, long attachment and confidential.
- A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
- Great interpersonal communication skills

Experience and Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, or related majors ...
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working for hospitality projects for construction, or hotel operation in Vietnam or Asia would be a plus.
- Good proficiency in MS Office software.

Languages
- Fluent Vietnamese and perfect command of English (communication skills both written and spoken)
