Mô tả công việc
• Direct Manager: Treasury Manager
• Independently manage project financing transaction, mostly M&A financing and development financing;
• Prepare proposals, teasers and information memorandum (project information) to work with offshore and local banks;
• Prepare financial models and project valuation report;
• Facilitate follow up questions from banks and agency/ advisors.
• Work in conjunction with various professional advisors, including lawyers, to facilitate the preparation of term-sheets, Credit Agreement, Mortgage Agreement and Sale & Purchase Agreements.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Preferably with a Degree of Accounting/Finance/Banking
• At least 5 year-experience in investment banking/capital market/deals/advisory/bank
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Good interpersonal skill, problem solving capabilities
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
