Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for work shop production plan, lines production rotation, downtime, scraps, sub-material consumption and Human relation, lines productivity and reports.
- Be responsible for SAP issues: update data in time, use data to propose operation improvement.
- Deliver training to Assistant Production Supervisor and other subordinates for product specification and lines controls, kaizen, zero defects, QC tools.
- Supervise measurement inspection activities, material handling activities and control sub-material consumption in workshop.
- Coordinate with other sections to improve workshop operation and take action to ensure smoothly production.
- Take part in establish PFMEA, standards, work instruction, work procedures and processes. Apply ECN, PCN, horizontal expansion activities.
- Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals. Develop action plan in order to achieve section’s goals.
- Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
a. 7S & KAIZEN
b. Environmental Health Safety
c. RBA & Social Responsibility
d. Protection of company assets
- Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

II. WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 4-6 years experiences in a manufacturing industry
III. OTHERS:
1. Good knowledge at product’s functions
2. Good knowledge at manufacturing processes
3. On the job Training, Coaching skills and Basic management & Kaizen
4. Be able to analyse and detect defects, problem solving and Measurement instrument operation skills.
5. Performance assessment
