Report to: Manager, Staff Development
Roles & Respobsibility:
• Organize & conduct training courses for new AH/RH/SM/trainers to make sure they acquire qualified knowledge, skill base in industry to run their work well.
• Assess trainers & sales team quarterly through knowledge & skill test to find out strong & weak points to have improvement plan. Ensure all transferred program are delivered and applied with good quality.
• Inspire and develop team members with coaching, counseling advice, motivating in assisting them to achieve their objectives and goals. Ensure succession plans are established
• Identify & evaluate training needs, requirements to create appropriate training modules for adapting new changes/conditions and strengthen the quality of sales management & training team

• University Degree
• Min 3-4 years-experience in training management in life insurance or banking
• English fluent in both written and spoken
• Effective organizational skills
