Mô tả công việc

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coordinating & ensure cascading the information of field sales on time and meet deadline
• Review, endorse, communicate and deploy the commercial plan recommended by DKSH's client and organize monthly/ ad-hoc meeting with DKSH's client team to update on sales operations activities/ target/KPIs.
• Report the territories’ performance, collect market insights; collect sales operations recommendation and collect the risks in the business from DKSH's client sales management team
• Coordinate with DKSH's client team to ensure KPIs are deployed following DKSH's client recommendation and strategic plan.
• Co-ordinate with DKSH's client team and report about DKSH Logistic Partners in term of Contracting, Governance, Termination process, Reconciliation, claim processing, make sure fulfill deadline on DKSH's client Commercial Hygiene (DLP's inventory and No Due Claim)
• Monitor performance and daily routine tasks of dedicated sales administration staffs.
• Ensure daily GT performance report and visibility tracking reports to DKSH's client on time as aligned among DKSH's client &DKSH with 100% accuracy
• Report for on top incentive scheme by memo which recommended from DKSH's client
• Execute and follow up the report of all payments to the GT retailers on time as per program or campaign of visibility, new product launching, Loyalty … etc.
• Receive information from DKSH's client and report operational issues to DKSH management about DLP’s operations
• Coordinate with DKSH functions to support DKSH's client brands on HR, Finance, Master data team, IT which relating to FF team.

KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Educational Background and Experience:
• University/college degree
• Proficient in English including speaking, listening and written and Native in Vietnamese
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Sales operation
• Strong track record in leadership, time management and people management.
• Strong track record of delivering on business objectives and exceeding business goals
• Strong track record of analytical and planning skill
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2 years in FMCG industry and GT channel.
• Understanding about GT distribution network and sub- distributors’ business is preferable
• Experiences in managing DMS at distributors or sub-distributors.
Essential Skills:
• Relationship management: Exceptional interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills internally and externally. Ability to manage remotely
• Strategic planning: Responsibility and accountability for delivering commercial success and competitive advantage. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Executional excellence: Problem solving, and solution based ‘Can do’ approach to issue management and conflict with high integrity and compliance.
• Communication/ coordinating skill: Excellence in coordinating & communication, self-motivation and proactive behavior.
