Assistant Manager, Process Planning and time

• Manage and ensure the applicability and availability of all training program
• Support product standards and specification information
• Make the special work instruction/ document in available on production sites
• Follow up the technical alteration for updating work instruction (if any)
• Interchange the technical matter/ information concerning new innovation technology built-in vehicles Work with other departments/teams for line balancing steps studying; Define optimal work steps.
• Support technical problem solving, conduct and support production in improvement activities.
• Monitor/coordinate in implementing the standardized work instruction or documents after balancing; Feasible study the new process for implementing.
• Co-operate with other teams/departments to design the process layout, production flow, factory layout; Conduce and manage the handover of innovative technology.
• Other engineering work as required

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Automobile knowledge is a plus
• Experience in leadership, coaching in production or manufacturing
• Knowledge of automobile production, manufacturing.
• Fluent English in speech and writing, German is a plus; PC acknowledges;
• Be patient, good communication, coordination and coaching skill; Self-motivated and target driven.
