Mô tả công việc
Report to: Manager, Agency Marketing & Communication – Agency Initiatives and Productivity
• Assist to deal with AIA Group on MDRT strategic planning, projects, communications and drive the implementation in Vietnam accordingly to align with Group strategy
• Plan new initiatives and activities as well as budget at the nationwide level to achieve KPI of MDRT & PAL
• Co-ordinate with internal departments to set up and implement key activation and productivity projects for agency force including training, events, activities of premier club and awards
• Plan and co-ordinate with MKT to implement communication / materials to develop motivation and pride in the journey of agents to MDRT & PAL
• Build relationship with regional/zone leaders, GAD and agents and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of premier club activities

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Vietnamese native speaker
• Education – College / University degree
• Experience – At least 4 years of experience in sales / marketing / business development
• Excellent in project management, event and training coordination
• Ability to deliver strategic communication in aligning with marketing initiatives
• PR development experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills
• Ability to interact professionally and effectively with senior managers within and outside the company
• Education – College / University degree
• Experience – At least 4 years of experience in sales / marketing / business development
• Excellent in project management, event and training coordination
• Ability to deliver strategic communication in aligning with marketing initiatives
• PR development experience is a plus
• Excellent presentation, communication, motivation and organizational skills
