Work management:
System enhancement:
- Proactive to build and enhance system to be effective & efficient for servicing agents/clients
- Coordinate with IT, other sections and the team to enhance and develop system to manage daily work, improve user's job, replace manual job to system …
- Participate and lead project groups to meet deadline in testing new products & system enhancement: make user requirement, testing schedule, testing plan…
- Prepare guideline, procedure and forms for new functions
Project:
- Build, follow up, cooperate with related sections to handle project.
- Make testing plan, follow up testing process
- Organize training class for users
System access right monitoring:
- Make POS system access right as user’s request and monitor period
Support:
- Support and work together with other departments in all POS related matters
- Provide support to sales channels
- Support to process premium collection transactions
- Internal audit activity within team/department to make sure staff follow guideline and procedure
- Improving policy change service both quantity and quality
- Organize technical training class for POS staff and relevant departments’ staff
- Built up a back up force of POS work
Risk management:
- Ensure the team complied to company’s policies
- Identify potential risk, access risk and give proposal to improve the process control to prevent risks
Others:
- Handle day-to-day arisen problems in department
- Join training class organized by department and company.
- Contribute ideas to simplify POS’workflow, process, procedure

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University of Foreign Trade / Business Administration/Economic.
- At least 4 year experience in relevant position.
- Knowledge of insurance system is favorable
- Good English both written and oral.
- Carefulness and ability to work under high pressure.
- Logical analysis skill is referable.
- Adaptability any training.
