Assistant Manager - Operations Department

- Check & approve supporting documents related to remittance transactions, loan transaction, Spot/forward FX deals, M&A transactions and other banking transactions.
- Approve all remittance transactions in accounting system & clearing systems (CITAD, VCB Money, Swift …)
- Monitor daily operations to ensure smoothly process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks, delegate tasks to members of the operations team.
- Collaborate with heads of other units to develop best practices for successful banking operations
- Take part in the implementation of the team/department’s operational plan
- Other duties assigned by Operations Manager/Department Head

- Male or female above 30 years-old
- University graduate in banking, foreign trade, finance or accounting area
- Good command in English
- At least 5 years of experience in domestic and overseas remittances, loan operation & FX transaction
- Strong knowledge of banking products, banking & related local regulations, AML and KYC laws
- Strong communication skills
- Sense of responsibility, team work manner, leadership skill, creativeness is a must
- Ability to work under high pressure and willingness to work overtime if required are preferred
- Good understanding of international payment methods, local settlement/clearing system is a plus
