Assistant Manager of Project Sales Aircon Dept

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
* Management for Project Sales team of Air-conditioning Division
* Leading and educating the members in Project Sales team
* Maximize total Sales of Air-conditioning system
* Achieving sales budget and KPI
* Visiting clients and developing new clients (Developer, Owner, M&E Contractor, Designer, Consultants, Installer, etc)
* Following up sales progress and account receivable
* Developing project business of all the commercial sectors, office building/ Hotel / school/ Hospital/ Factory/ Residential
* Maximize Pipeline
* Analyzing, reporting and sharing market trends and potential demands
* Constantly checking and reporting tender information of projects
* Following up progress situations of projects utilizing project list
* Co-ordinate processes to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
* Supporting team in all marketing activities to develop our image to all kinds of customer.
* Reporting the above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically

* More than 8 years' experience working in Air-conditioning market in Vietnam
* Having experience to manage a team
* Having deep knowledge of HVAC products by competitors
* Having knowledge of technical solution for the project business
* Having knowledge of construction schedule control for projects
* Having knowledge of MS-office
* University/College degree
* Good understanding of English (verbal and written)
* Having logical thinking, speaking and writing
* Having passion and never give up mind of expanding business
* Having reconciling skill
