Mô tả công việc
New MDRT development:
• Translate training materials from Group.
• Design and develop training courses for MDRT.
• TTT/ transfer training courses as per MDRT roadmap.
New Agent development:
• Follow up update of training documents and/or TTT new batches of conductors in according to the training road map approved by the company. Conduct program maintenance in accordance with new release of company’s memos.
• Coordinate with other team member in setting up e-learning courses, especially video clips, soft skills for online/e-learning purposes/ Translate and interpret as required.
• Provide report to Manager/Director on time
• Set up time frame & coordinate with relevant key stakeholders to fulfill the assigned tasks.
• Set up action plans for conducting TTT/Rehearsal and certifying all new training courses after design.
• Coordinate with designing team of Agent development so as to understand/grasp all designed courses in order to synchronize scripts, forms and tools accordingly.
• Coordinate with RTM/Zone head, champion members to provide coaching/ demonstration of desired delivery skills for developing new MDRT as required.
• Conduct training to support RTM/Zone head: at least 8 training days per year. (Including TTT new training programs).

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• 2-3 years quality assurance experience and/or training role
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
• Resilience and ability to persevere and complete initiatives even in the face of adversity
• Discipline, organization and patience to manage competing priorities
• Project Management experience
• Bachelor degree require
