Mô tả công việc
Purpose:
•Support specific manufacturing improvement projects working closely with Manufacturing Excellence team.
•In the framework of Digitalization manages the divisional information structure and communicates the data to the relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities:
•Actively drive project management activities that are assigned within the ME areas (Project is defined by Line Managers)
•Assist on Manufacturing Innovation projects by exploration, establish contact and communication with existing and potential material, machinery and technology suppliers to gain insights and information on capabilities relevant to the innovation project.
•Managing and maintaining the Manufacturing Excellence KPI’s and project progresses through Dashboard, Smartsheets and SharePoint
•Drive and communicate Digitalization best practices within the GOPS organization and supply base to establish faster transparency.
•Support the Digital Creation project communicating clear requirements and timelines with the supply base.
•Establish a solid relationship with the factories getting some necessary product and manufacturing knowledge to support key projects and activities related to ME
Key Relationships:
•Sourcing A&G Division
•Tier1 and Tier3 technology providers
•Global ME team

•Experience in Digitalization in Business and Manufacturing
•Conversant with data and analytical savvy
•Advanced understanding of data management tools (Excel, SharePoint, SmartSheet, PowerBI, etc)
•Ability to manage projects on a global scale
•Innovative mind-set
•Excel in communication
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
•University degree in engineering/information technology or related areas
•At least 3 years of work experience in Information Management or Manufacturing
•Experience in Digitalization in Business and Manufacturing
•Conversant with data and analytical savvy
•Advanced understanding of data management tools (Excel, SharePoint, SmartSheet, PowerBI, etc)
•Ability to manage projects on a global scale
•Innovative mind-set
•Excel in communication
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
