Assistant Manager, IT Digital Experience

Department / Functional Area: MIS
Reports to: Manager, IT Digital Solution

Position Objective:
Analyzes, maintains and enhances internal/ external customer’s user experiences using AIA digital app/ services.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Developing and coordination of the Digital Roadmap.
2. In charge of developing user interface of all Digital Product Solution.
3. Work with end-user, co-operate with BA team, to determine business requirements and translate into prototypes, customer journey mapping, user stories, and technical documentation.
4. Studies and analyzes user behaviors and proposes for optimal digital products based on the market trend.
5. Delivers optimized digital product interface for end-users, to boost productivity and performance of related field.
6. Capable to study and research for the best suitable solutions and apply to the product/project
7. Ability to design wireframe and UI/UX
8. Work closely with developers to ensure designs are built to spec
9. Adhere to all documented standards, guidelines and procedures.
10. Coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings to accomplish project deliverables.
11. Perform other tasks assigned by Manager, IT Digital Solution; Service Delivery Director; and/or IT Head.

• Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing or Human Centered Design or a related discipline.
• Min. 2 years of experience with Digital Projects
• Good at English skills.
• Good time management, communication and team work skills
• Life insurance knowledge is an advantage.
