Assistant Manager IE Dept

• Follow production process and making the detail reports about the jobs.
• Joining in testing activities to improve quality and movement of workers.
• Process improvement, productivities up and quality up.
• Analyzing and making countermeasures for problems and customer claim
• Approving new material and co-operating with supplier in technical matters
• Maintenance of a production line, in maintenance systems, maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure mechanical maintenance of the Plant is carried out effectively with lowest maintenance cost and the minimum Plant’s down time, and regulatory requirements are met.
• Spare time control

• Graduated: University (Automation, Electronic)
• Can make PLC or HMI programmer with strong good level ( necessitate)
• Experience in production line at the foreign investment company( prefer)
• Understanding of electronics industry and basic production knowledge.
• Organization management experience, strong leadership
• Take care of the modification when and where appropriate to bring up efficiency of the production
• Co-ordinate for overall activities of Engineering Department to meet the Department’s targets.
• Full knowledge of Microsoft Office: Auto Cad, Solid work
• High leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
• Good team- working skills and cross- functional co-ordination.
• Good analysis skills; problem solving and trouble shooting
• Foreign language: 3 kyu Japanese, C level English
• At least have 2 years experience in the similar position.
