Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Talent Acquisition)

- Identify, select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs in the most effective and efficient way;
- Manage agencies to maximize their performance in meeting company’s hiring needs, and report on performance issues when appropriate;
- Assist in enhancing candidate sourcing channels, methods and tools to meet the Group’s recruitment needs;
- Coach and update business knowledge and selection techniques of team members to enhance recruitment effectiveness;
- Support the recruitment team in arranging career talks and internship with the academic institutions in HCMC initially and gradually across the Vietnam;
- Build the brand image of the company to facilitate the recruitment and to create more information for interested people over the roles and jobs of merchandisers;
- Develop and conduct on-boarding program;
- Coordinate with related parties on the progress of employee development programs such as Management Trainee program, Merchandising Trainee program, etc;
- Pro-actively to source talents and to build the talent pipeline;
- Participate in corporate project;
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management;

- Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 6 years' relevant Talent Acquisition experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
- Strategic talent acquisition and recruitment skill
- Program and project management skill
- Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
