Familiarizes and enforces the Casino HR framework including systems of: Interviewing and Recruitment, HRP, Expatriate Services, Performance Appraisal, Succession
• To ensure that recruitment and selection procedures and practice meet operational needs, legislative and good practice requirements.
• To place advertisements on selected hosts and plan and coordinate open days.
• To conduct initial screening of CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
• To work with managers to develop the recruitment process, including interview guidelines and a standard questionnaire to establish whether the non-negotiable skills and experience have been demonstrated by the applicant.
• To ensure that all job descriptions are in place and remain current and accurate.
• To ensure all new employee administration is complete, filed and entered into Synergy; to include new starter paperwork, checklist, employment eligibility checks, offer letters and contracts.
• To advertise new vacancies internally and update the Bounce Careers webpage on a weekly basis
• To ensure that the administration of all recruitment records, ensuring that these are complete, accurate and up-to-date.
• To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process.
• To prepare and submit the dispatch of expatriate recruitment.
• To consult all expatriate employee specific documents relating to the expatriate’s work in Vietnam.
• To ensure that all expatriate employees have the work permit and residence card punctually.
• To liaise with individuals outside the casino including, but not limited to, applicants, government officials, colleges and universities, competitors and other members of the local community
• To assist the Senior Manager, Human Resources, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the company strategic Recruitment plan, HRP and Expatriate Services.
• To prepare and submit periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements
• To maintain effective communications at all levels of management and staff
• To participate in the Management Development and Succession Planning process by recommending candidates as appropriate
• To regularly analyses casino manpower requirements and recommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements
• To contribute to the development and implementation of improved methods of work and better utilization of staff in all areas
• To deal with all problems relating to individuals in an understanding, caring and confidential manner
• To perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least participated in 1 to 2 International Pre-Opening Projects is a plus.
• Three years of experience as a HR Manager in the international casino or hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledgeable in local practices and policies for benefits and compensation.
• Good connection & relations with local authorities of insurance & personal income tax.
• Strong HR systems and process acumen.
• Have excellent interpersonal, communications, team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Strong knowledge in local Labor Law.
• Good data analytics, ability to act and understand a sense of urgency.
• Must be able to work self-directed, handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment, and work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree, College or University Degree in related field preferred, from an accredited institution, and/ or equivalent work experience.
