Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for recruitment and on boarding which include induction and training
• Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintain and update employee handbook, policies and procedures manual
• Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and submission for HQ approval, ensure monthly payout and statutory submission is accurate and on time
• Administer and monitor compensation plan and performance evaluation program
• Act as a HR Business Partner, plan and execute HR initiatives, advise management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues, resolve grievances and mediate employee disputes, respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs, represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations
• Conduct staff appraisals, manage staff performance by communicating job expectations, coaching and disciplining staff; delegate and utilize workforce and consult management to maximize staff capacity; promote and enforce company policies and procedures
• HR administrations: prepare offer letters, labor contracts; handle off-boarding procedures and exit interviews
• Work closely with HQ Group HR on reporting needs: new hires, confirmations, promotions, transfers, terminations and performance reviews
• Update organization chart and manpower reporting on monthly basis
• Assist in expatriate management i.e. work permit application, accommodation, transportation arrangement, etc.
• Upkeep employee information and personal files
• Prepare yearly budget of human resources and admin operations
• Record office expenditure and manage the budget
• Organize and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office: maintain office supplies, office equipment and cleanliness, arrange for necessary repairs and periodic maintenances, maintain safe and secure work environment
• Source and purchase office equipment/necessities
• Handle all office leases and all other local contracts

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. University or college graduate in a related discipline
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience in related fields
3. Possess good working knowledge of computer (MS Office) and internet
4. Wide knowledge of applicable laws
5. Able to handle multi-tasking and cope with deadlines
6. Good command of English
7. Organized, detail-oriented, logical thinking and good problem solving skills
8. Strong work ethics, good communication, pro-active
