Mô tả công việc
- Financial closing: Manage daily book-keeping and accounting records for Commercial and Hospitality segments, review and control data inputs (revenue, expenses, CAPEX…) and relevant reports (bank reconciliation, audit schedule).
- Reporting: prepare monthly / quarterly management reports and group reports (variance analysis, monthly PL reports & EVA).
- Budgeting/Forecast: Prepare PL templates, co-ordinate with Operation depts for data input, consolidate, check / verify assumptions and submission to system. Monitor and control approved budget, provide guidance to Operation teams in utilising, getting approval for ad-hoc budget.
- Statutory reporting: Tax declaration: monthly (VAT, WHT, SCT), yearly (CIT) and statistic reports. Engage with auditors for year end audited VAS report and Transfer Pricing report.
- CSA compliance: Ensure Finance CSA compliance including documentations and process.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Provide ad-hoc analysis as per required from management/operation teams for decision making process

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- You should possess a Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 3 years’ relevant experience.
- To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on operational finance experience, good knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS, as well as be well-versed in MS Excel.
- Someone who has high level of initiative, hands-on, responsible, independent, committed and experience in managing people will suit this role
