• Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure all finance policies and procedures are consistently applied with recommendations for improvement.
• Periodically review of financial information through Balance sheet reconciliation to identify any unusual items/potential issue& contribute to the action plan & implementation.
• Set standards, approach and methodology for Finance and ensure it is consistently complied
• Track and monitor control issues/internal and external audit issues/risk issues
• Perform law/policy/changes analysis and ensure it is properly applied
• Periodically review to ensure finance and actuary is complied with applicable laws
• Periodically review of financial information to identify any unusual items
• Assist in internal audit, if any

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Finance/Accounting Bachelor, ACCA is advantage.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting (Big4 background is highly preferred)
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end finance/ accounting/ internal control systems, processes and workflows in order to identify control gaps/ deficiencies
• Good knowledge in Vietnam Accounting Standards, IFRS and insurance regulations.
• Skills in performing reconciliation and testing
• Skills in communicating with internal auditors
• Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel.
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance and accounting (Big4 background is highly preferred)
