Roles and Responsibilities:
• Process and review acquisition expense payments to all distribution channels;
• Process all bookings and finance tasks relating to all distribution channels;
• Be in charge of management of expenses relating to distribution channels;
• Manage and control receivables and payables relating to distribution partners such as agent, general agent, bancasurance, partnership;
• Perform all reconciliations between compensation system and data from Distribution team with accounting book to ensure compliance with AIA internal guidelines;
• Contribute on building/optimizing processes/system, policies, and procedures relating finance distribution;
• Resolve all finance issues, and support other departments all matters relating to distribution channels;
• Other reports and tasks assigned by Finance Operations Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Finance/ Accounting Bachelor, with at least 4 years experience. CPA or ACCA will be advantage.
• Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), and Vietnamese Tax Regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Accounting Software (SAP system will be advantage).
• Proficient command of spoken and written English.
• Good in logic and systematic, ability to design and setup new operation process and procedures.
• Solid communication, customer servicing and problem solving skills to support other relevant departments, and distribution channels.
• Careful, curious, sensitive to figures, analysis, responsible, self-motivated and able to word under pressure.
• Able to work individually, well-corporation with team.
