Assistant Manager, Entertainment & Events (Audio & Visual)

 Assist in installation process, testing and commissioning the complete technical systems;
 Solve technical issue and trouble shooting in daily operations;
 Update video contents on a regular basis, work closely with Marketing Communication, Hotel and Casino teams;
 Upkeep inventory, conduct statutory monthly inspections on technical equipment;
 Draft and prepare monthly / annual Technical budget;
 Prepare and organize technical works; reports and activity updates to Senior Manager, Entertainment and Events (AV);
 Train Entertainment and Events (AV) team to ensure they fit in well in their specific roles;
 Provide feedback and evaluation on Supervisors, Entertainment and Events (AV) performances;
 Share company updates, financial results and new objectives with Entertainment and Events (AV) team;
 Keep track on Audio and Visual inventory and order supplies;
 Provide technical support for teleconferences and meetings in Conference and Meeting rooms;
 Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct;
 Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards;
 Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards;
 Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible;
 Perform any other duties as required.

 Over 4-year experience with performance venue, entertainment business, theme park, theater industry
 Ability to transport, set up and fix equipment
 Able to operate lighting and sound mixing equipment
 Knowledge of camera, sound and lighting techniques and Video Editing software
 Able to stand for long period of times
 Have good hearing and eyesight
 People oriented with good social skills.
 Creative and innovative.
 Excellent leadership capabilities and charisma.
 Willing to work irregular hours
 A degree/diploma preferably in one of the following subjects: Audio and Visual Technology / Lighting or video Programming / Digital Media.
 Read, write, speak and understand English, Mandarin preferred.
