Job Description
• Establish and maintain an effective and workable distribution channels compliance mechanism for the company
• Enforce Business Code Of Conduct And Disciplinary Actions Against Violated Agents
• Handling agents’ violations related to customers’ complaints and issuing respective disciplinary measure according to Agency Disciplinary Guideline
• Handling suspicious violation cases that escalated from business units
• Conducting proactive investigation on potential fraud as requested within TAT, defining whether the agent in question has violated the laws, the terms of agency contracts, the market conduct guidelines or the regulations of the Company:
o Review evidences and give explanations with appropriate skepticism
o Conducts complex internal and field investigations in all classes of service (e.g., fraud, claims, market conduct, litigation support, etc.) involving internal, external and third party
o Reviews physical, documentary and forensic evidence
o Communicates findings and investigation status
o Do accurate concise and objective reports and giving clear, timely feedback on questions related to the reports & analysis
o Support others in doing investigation
o Report investigation result
• Detecting abnormal signals and recommending measures to prevent risks in the future, Develop preventive and detective controls on sales force violations
• Identify shortcoming in controls during the analysis process, providing suggestions for preventing mass violation and decreasing financial loss
• Keep abreast with Agency Business Development policies and procedures, specific business processes, contest and sale performances such as historical sales, agent recruitment
• Conduct field visits and provide training of business code
• Other tasks and duties as duly assigned by DC Head from time to time

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree
• Sale compliance knowledge is preferred; Fraud and risk management experience is an advantage
• At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the area related to insurance agency development, insurance operation, compliance, risk management or anti-fraud, agency administration
• Good communication in both English & Vietnamese
• Very good expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft office (ppt, chart, graphic,…), Access
• Business acumen
• Good analysis ability
• Report writing and presentation skills
• Results oriented; ability to balance multiple priorities and projects
• Sound business judgment in assessing significance of issues and developing value added recommendations
• Hard-working, honest, trustable, customer service minded and responsible
• Ability to work under high pressure
