Report to: Manager, Customer Solutions
Location: HCM
Position Objective:
• Providing technical/digital solutions for process/application enhancements to improve excellence customer service.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Recommend alternatives to bring excellence customer service
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience Management, Renewal Management in providing comprehensive business requirements and they meet the business needs taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs
• Tracks the outstanding defects and works with Information Technology in resolving the tickets promptly and within the agreed timeline

Requirement:
• 2-3 years of business process management, digital transformation project or service offer in insurance/finance/bank industry
• Good technical ability mixed in with the ability to communicate to non-technical users effectively
• Thinking different way
• Major in computer science or any fields related.
