• Provide leadership and expertise for Mondelez sites in Vietnam, Philippines on implementing and ensuring compliance to Mondelez sanitation policy.
• Maintain strong links to the AMEA Regional sanitation lead.
• Provide professional development to site sanitation coordinators.
• Ensure site based improvement plans are developed and actioned.
• Lead continuous improvement through sanitation effectiveness and efficiency across assigned plants.
• Support and implementation of key sanitation and pest control programs, program improvements, trouble shooting, and training.
• Lead sanitary design through direct involvement with project teams or by providing guidance to plant projects to ensure consistency.
• Support of MDLZ Sanitation strategy across assigned manufacturing locations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Engineering or other related Sciences.
• At least 5 years’ experience with a focus on plant based quality and food safety.
• Sound product safety knowledge / food technology across product portfolio, including areas of plant hygiene, GMP, and pest control.
• Strong working knowledge of Quality management system and HACCP (or equivalent) standards.
• Understanding of modern quality techniques such as iL6S, TQM (Total Quality Management) and their application in a modern food manufacturing environment.
• A proven track record of quality system implementation.
• Strong auditing, problem solving and Interpersonal skill.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
• Excellent communication skills and leadership within cross-functional teams to influence implementation on sanitation agenda.
• English proficiency, writing and reading.
