The job holder will assist Director, Communication in managing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting the achieving of marketing target of brand awareness and brand consideration. This role focuses on social communication, customer events and activation across all channels
The Job:
Assist Director, Communication in organizing, planning and implementing event, activation and social communication to ensure marketing activities execution and build brand awareness & meet marketing objective effectively.
• Good understanding of target customers & market insight to assist Director, Communication to analysize, plan & execute marketing activities.
• Partnering with other relevant functions to have flawless execution & on-time.
• Strong sense of urgency to lead third-party/agencies for on-time & high quality execution.
• Control & manage budget insightfully & effectively so as to give advice & on-time action.
• Be in charge of administration & ensure document following company process & archive.
• Risk management: Problem-solving by reacting quickly with changing situation.
• Team work: Contribute to build right team culture by integration, support & respect others.
The Job:

• Have at least 3 working experience, especially in event management and execution.
• Knowledge about social communication.
• Detail oriented person.
• Good project management.
• Show potential in organisational and planning skills.
• Strong influencing skills to work well with internal and external parties.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach.
• A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to both manage and execute programs.
