Mô tả công việc
• Contact with Vietnam Register (VR) for document submission, propose testing plan (time and location) to VR
• Ensure the process of services fee payment in time
• Cooperate with VR auditor in this regard with testing plan; prepare documents all parts and physical quantities needed for testing
• Prepare homologation document for CKD / CBU vehicle and provide to VR
• Monitor production planning/ sale import to prepare the homologation planning
• Support/ Team work all tasks relating to Homologation team , join to CKD / CBU task if required
• Prepare documentation for certificate extension/renewing for parts and vehicles
• Submit extended/additional document to Vietnam Register when being requested
• Contact with homologation expert from Germany to clarify the documents
• Modify and update homologation document relative engine and parts testing
• Delivery Certificate to relevant Department
• Update all changed relating to homologation process of CKD/ CBU according to VR and Ministry of Transport
• Archive record homologation documentation/ record, finished Job card, Certificate of Conformity.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University Degree in automobile/ mechanic
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive area and office work
• Bilingual English-Vietnamese. Computer knowledge (Office IT), Auto Cad, Reading technical drawing
• Driving license: at least B2
