Assistant Manager & Exec Assistant to General Director

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
♣ Partner with Salon Design Director to oversee all customer service and back-office procedures for a high-end Hair Salon business (in-store for majority of work time)
♣ Trouble-shooting and Business Development support to Company Director / Owner(s) with Ongoing operational, marketing and HR support on ad-hoc basis
♣ Minimal administrative PA support for foreign General Director
♣ Day to day liaison with landlord, external vendors and outsourced HR / Accountants

The Ideal Candidate has:
♣ 3-7 years progressive experience with a foreign owned (or managed) retail or service business
♣ Confidence and proficiency in English (and Vietnamese)
♣ Graduate, preferably in business, marketing or languages
♣ Passion to work with a multinational team in the retail service industry ideally with an interest in hair, fashion and beauty
♣ Flexibility to work some unsociable hours (i.e. evenings / weekends)

Skills and Competencies:
♣ Good understanding of local labour/HR and administrative practices
♣ Knowledge of retail EPOS systems, simple financial controls, and basic Microsoft Office
♣ A preference for additional language skills ideally in Korean or Mandarin Chinese
♣ Company Start-up experience / project management experience a plus
