Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose *
Assisting APM Head on the implementation of general administration and other APM service to support commercial and operational objectives.
Executing the procurement process by managing the end-to-end process from procure to contract.
Play the role to assure the implementation of all Compliance and Operational Risk program.
Key Responsibilities *
APM tasks:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members to optimise value, target benefits and financial savings.
• Oversee office supplies, facilities services, maintenance activities.
• Monitor costs and expenses. Work with Finance and relevant stakeholders to set Admin budget for bank-wide.
• Engage in business review meetings with key stakeholders to assess risk, time line and identify potential cost down and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain strong working relationships with strategic suppliers/partners to assure services, cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
• Physically audit of Non-IT fixed asset.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
• Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
Regulatory Compliance/ DCORO tasks
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulation, policies and procedures and ensure highest standard of integrity and professionalism in serving stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and CIMB policies & procedures.
Procurement tasks:
• Perform sourcing activities starting from market research, internal data fact finding, sourcing for suppliers, preparation of RFP documentation, process governance, analysis of commercial evaluation, negotiation on commercial & basic T&Cs of contracts, following through all the way to closure of contract and execution of contracts.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings/avoidance in capital and operating expenditures.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting / Engineering / Finance / Business / Economics / Supply Chain)
• More than 5 years working experience in administration, facility/ property management or Procurement/ Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge on basic contracts terms and conditions
• High Integrity and excellent networking skills in communicating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting stakeholders on the relevant governance process
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• More than 5 years working experience in administration, facility/ property management or Procurement/ Supply Chain Management.
• Knowledge on basic contracts terms and conditions
• High Integrity and excellent networking skills in communicating and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills
