Assistant KYC Manager

This individual supports Centralized Scheduling Team (“CST”) Manager by supervising the efficient and smooth operation of the SIP Office (“Know-Your-Customer” (KYC) area), ensuring all operational functions as KYC process, customer service and cross-functional coordination are completely and properly performed by the staff (i.e., KYC Officers & admins). The role reports to CST Manager who is currently based in Danang branch. As the business grows and matures, the person in the role could be promoted to take a bigger role in the company with bigger responsibilities covering KYC work in HCM40 area (Binh Duong, Dong Nai).

1. Credit process o Ensure that the KYC and portfolio maintenance process (as assigned by CST Manager) is operated smoothly and professionally in compliance with credit policy and strict business code; o Create and send daily reports to team to track team performance compared with daily and monthly targets;
2. Customer service quality – Ensure the best quality of customer service wherever customers are met and serviced from approaching potential customers, customers scheduled for loan closing with KYC Officers and/or admins to dealing with customers with delinquency;
3. Risk management
– Manage possible risks that may arise from daily operation; ensure implementation of all necessary actions to prevent, identify and escalate all frauds in the SIPs, both internally and externally;
4. Portfolio management
– Manage customer portfolio include but not limited to follow up collection post disbursal, analysis of customer profile, alert and give heads up to Fraud coordinator and Credit & Risk team;
5. Report to CST Manager and take ad-hoc tasks from CST Manager.

- University Graduate (management qualification is preferred)
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant industry
− Basic knowledge : Financing, banking are preferred advantages
− Competencies : Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Business Administration and Presentation.
− Computer skill : Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
− Languages capability : Solid command of spoken and written Vietnamese (English is a plus.)
− Positive mind and can-do attitude; able to learn and train/coach junior staff on the job; set good examples;
− Ability to work professionally in a business-driven culture and customer service-oriented atmosphere, support CST Manager to make sure rest of team act accordingly;
− Experience in lower management, ideally within the financial sector;
− Ability to lead and motivate/ inspire staff to meet business targets and any assigned tasks. deemed important to business by line manager and the management;
− A business focused attitude;
− A good knowledge of the local economy;
− Abe to conduct regular business travel as required;
− High Integrity.
