Assistant Japanese Production Manager (New Established Company)

Job Description
1/ Standardization of product manufacturing methods, and manufacturing technical innovation work.
2/ Manufacturing cost control work, manufacturing cost reduction work (direct labor cost, loss of material scrap, auxiliary material cost).
3/ Product quality control, quality improvement work.
4/ Reporting to the parent company in Japan.
5/ Transfer of new product production from the parent company in Japan.

Qualification requirements
1 / Academic background is university graduation or above (specialized: Mechanical engineering or Electrical Engineering)
2 / Fluency in English, Knowing Japanese is an advantage
3 / A person with over 3 years working experience at a Japanese manufacturing company and an experienced manager of a production technology management department
4 / Experienced daily interaction with Japanese manufacturing sites.
5 / Those with experience in development / improvement work of facilities, tools and production systems are desirable.
6 / Ability to create / read machine design drawings is desirable.
7 / Experienced production management techniques
8 / Priority for candidates with experience in the field of optical fiber production

Working hours 8:00-17:00

Salary form Monthly salary
Supplement Candidates will be sent to Japan for training for about 1 month (scheduled for September 2019).
Number of interviews 2～3 times
Academic background University graduation
Qualification Language: candidates are fluently in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing) and candidates with Japanese level N2 or higher.
