Job Description
1 / General factory management at the product manufacturing plant by manual labor.
2 / Manufacturing cost control, cost (direct labor cost, loss of material scrap) improvement work.
3 / Daily productivity improvement work, promoting quality (defect reduction) improvement.
4 / Transfer of new product manufacturing technology from Japanese parent company.

Qualification requirements
1 / Academic background is university graduation or above
2/ Knowing English is an advantage
3 / Fluency in English, Knowing Japanese is an advantage
4 / Factory managers require at least 3 years of experience working in Japanese companies.Or experienced factory manager (Factory management for more than 100 people)
5 /Experienced set up new factory
6 / Those who have experience in development and improvement of equipment and tools and production systems are desirable.
7 / Experienced production management techniques
8 / Priority for candidates with experience in the field of optical fiber production"
Working hours 8:00-17:00

Salary form Monthly salary
Supplement Candidates will be sent to Japan for training for about 1 month (scheduled for September 2019).

Academic background University graduation
Qualification Language: candidates are fluently in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing) and candidates with Japanese level N2 or higher.
