• Support the IT Manager in the management of the hotel’s computer systems and the production of reports.

• Maintain, up-to-date list, manage and monitor the operation of all computer hardware, ensure all systems are
working and installed properly
Duy trì, cập nhật, quản lý và giám hoạt động của phần cứng máy tính, đảm bảo hệ thống máy tính được lắp đặt và
hoạt động tốt
• Responsible for the availability of IT systems and procedures to optimize the availability of services
Đảm bảo hệ thống IT luôn được vận hành và xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh
• Ensures that all systems are covered by the proper maintenance contracts and that preventive maintenance is
performed as required
Đảm bảo hệ thống được bảo dưỡng định kỳ theo hợp đồng và việc bảo dưỡng được thực hiện heo yêu cầu
• Responsible for assisting the IT Manager to establish security strategies related to all IT infrastructures
Hỗ trợ Trưởng bộ phận IT xây dựng chiến lược kết cấu hạ tầng hệ thống IT
• Continually keeps informed of Accor-approved systems and technology that may contribute to improve hotel
efficiency
Thường xuyên thông báo cho hệ thống của Accor để có thể có những cải thiện có hiệu quả cho khách sạn
