Mô tả công việc
• Lead inventory control team including counters, data entry clerks and warehouse operators in multiple warehouses in Vietnam.
• Lead the inventory control team in identifying, creating, and delegating daily tasks and priorities
• Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company policy
• Lead inventory reconciliation, Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
• Manage cycle counts of customer inventories as per customer requirements
• Coordinate with internal and external parties including warehouse operations and customers for cycle count and inventory control
• Organize inventory for the optimal use of warehouse
• Produce and submit periodic inventory accuracy reports
• Lead warehouse and inventory related continuous improvement projects

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree/Diploma in warehousing/logistics related field is preferred, but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory control management in a warehouse environment with a warehouse size of atleast 5000 Sqm.
• Computer and data entry skills; good knowledge of MS office and ability to perform data analysis using Excel tools
• Record keeping including basic math skills
• Able to communicate effectively with all
• Ability to communicate in English
• Flexibility to change responsibilities
• Strong work ethic with solid work history
• Exemplary attendance
• Experience in shipping & receiving, warehouse management preferred, but not required.
