** OVERVIEW OF JOB/TỔNG QUAN CÔNG VIỆC
To monitor and manage all activities in import-export department
Giám sát và quản lý chung tất cả các công việc trong phòng xuất nhập khẩu
** PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO/MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC CỤ THỂ
1. To issue, control &instruct all procedure and how to do for all imp-exp officers.
Tạo & kiểm soát , hướng dẫn tất cả quy trình và cách làm xuất nhập khẩu cho nhân viên.
2. To check and instruct to do shipping docs before issue officially.
Kiểm tra và hướng dẩn làm chứng từ XNK trước khi phát hành chứng từ XNK chính thức.

- Manage and arrange plan for imp-exp activities.
Quản lý và sắp xếp kế hoạch cho hoạt độngxuất nhập khẩu của công ty.
- Manage and control Imp-Exp expense.
Quản lý chi phí XNK
- Maintain, Expand relationship + negotiate benefit with Logistics Providers for the company.
Duy trì, mở rộng quan hệ với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ hậu cần và đàm phán lợi ích cho công ty.
4. To solve difficulty and problem for imp-expt dept.
Giải quyết các khó khăn và sự cố cho phòng XNK
5. Making Processing liquidation and control Im-Ex data Updated and corrected.
Thực hiện thanh khoản hợp đồng gia công và kiểm soát dữ liệu XNK.
6. To make report for director and company
Báo cáo cho giám đốc và công ty
7. Interview and select/develop Im-Ex human resources
Phỏng vấn, sang lọc và phát triển nhân sự phòng XNK

Kiểm tra và hướng dẩn làm chứng từ XNK trước khi phát hành chứng từ XNK chính thức.

** KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS/KỸ NĂNG CẤN THIẾT
- Male or female, age over 30 years.
Nam - Nữ, độ tuổi trên 30.
- Bachelor of import & export degree or relation major (have knowledge and experience in garment and work in the same position for more than 3 years) & English skill is a must.
Cử nhân về xuất nhập khẩu (yêu cầu có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về ngành may hơn 5 năm làm việc) và giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt.
- Computer literacy & Active and think positively
Sử dụng tốt máy tính & suy nghĩ tích cực.
