MAIN DUTIES:
• To assist Deputy Director of HR in ensuring the effective implementation of HR functions including compensation and benefit, training and recruitment, performance appraisal, etc.
• To implement HR policies, systems and procedures to obtain the best possible HR practice in the Company.
• To provide timely and professional HR advices to the Supervisor.
• To coach, train and advise the subordinates on HR policies and duties.
• To develop and implement effective recruitment process and tools.
• To update and maintain staff database.
• To assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in HR supervisory position in foreign invested companies.
• Sound knowledge and hands on experience on Labour Law and Labour matters.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
• Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
