Mô tả công việc
- Ensure staffs always work in a safe and productive manner.
- Ensure staff follows company policies and SOP’s.
- Ensure staff is wearing uniform and safety equipment provided by The Bluffs.
- Ensure the course setup sheet is followed 100% to ensure standards are kept to the highest.
- Ensure that the general tidiness of the course is maintained to the highest level.
- Report daily on any weed, disease, dry patch or damage areas on the course.
- Check staff repeatedly throughout the day to ensure that productivity levels are maintained.
- Ensure staff clean up after themselves and that all work is of a high standard.
- Report golf course condition and any employee problems to the Superintendent.
- Ensure the staff are operating and using machinery properly with correct safety equipment.
- Ensure all machinery is detailed cleaned after used and stored in the correct area.
- Make sure all hand tools, power tools are used properly and correct safety equipment is used.
- Perform other jobs related to same functions and duties or assume other responsibilities and functions as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Able to speak English
- Knowledge of fertilizers, turf grass disease, insects and chemicals
- Requires excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working Knowledge of irrigation systems and problem finding
- Excellent supervision skills and leadership capabilities
- Worked with machinery fleet preventative maintenance programs
