- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management Systems under the direction of the General Manager.
- Provide translation support (Vietnamese to English and vice versa) during meetings and day to day communications both verbal and written.
- Assist in obtaining output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives, etc..
- Prepare daily labor hours (regular and overtime) percentage report against daily output.
- Assist planning and production in monitoring jobs to ensure that they will finish on time and according to the allocated labor and materials budget.
- Organize meetings, make and distribute minutes of the meeting and help to follow up action items.
- Prepare Powerpoint presentation as required.
- Organize and lead a team to audit compliance to our QMS, housekeeping, safety and security and help to follow up closure of call-outs.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the General Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Only Male
- College diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in the Furniture Industry in whatever capacity is a plus.
- Excellent communication abilities – English and Vietnamese
- Strong problem solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- College diploma or equivalent
