Assistant for Production (Working At Khanh Hoa)

***Working place: Cam Ranh and Quy Nhon province.

***JOB Description
1. Making production plan.
2. Follow up production orders including sample making, quality inspection results, until bulk shipments are done.
3. Follow up production and working closely to factories.
4. Take responsible some of admin tasks as arranging car, accommodation for QCs, meeting, book air tickets, record OVT sheet and annual leave for QCs,…
5. Other duties as assigned by Production Manager

***ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Create and maintain good communication with Customer/Supplier/Factory.
2. Receive/distribute bulk orders to factories/suppliers.
3. Work with suppliers to purchase materials and follow up production process including delivery, quality to ensure the deliveries are done on time and at the right quality.
4. Source/propose new suppliers to have better prices/better services.
5. Work with customers and factories on all running POs to ensure the deliveries are done on time and at the right quality.
6. Cooperate with QC team to make sure inline/final inspection bookings are made and done before each shipment and follow up quality issues until they’re resolved.
7. Support the team to do vendor sourcing and plan for order allocation for each vendor based on their capacity.
8. Cooperate with the other supporting departments like Development, Logistics, and Account etc. to ensure all issues are to be addressed and secured on our performances/deliveries

- Knowledge and experience in the garment.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good level of spoken and written English;
- Computer skills.
- 05 year experiences in garment field.
- Know about garment technical is an advantage.
- Female under 35 years old
- Priority candidates living in Cam Ranh province.
