In details:
• Checking all expenditure of the factory including but not limited to material purchase, expense report, forwarder payment, tax payment
• Checking billing request and follow up collection with handling team
• Work with order handling team in reconciling inventory stock every month.
• Support controller in analyzing financial report. Performing monthly account reconciliation and making all necessary accrue and adjustment entries during accounting close period
• Responsible for some monthly report including estimate report for incoming periods. Co-operate with relevant team to make cash plan.
• Support controller in preparing budget. Coordinate with other departments to get data, take into account analysis on historical data to ensure the budget is in line with Global target
• Conducting and responsible for fixed asset and stocks adjustment in the system by first half and end of every year
• Making other “on request” task

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Auditing
• Over one year of relevant experienced in Finance/accounting environment
• Knowledgeable of office technology (word, excel and database, ERP, etc.)
• Experience in quality control & production process advantageous
• Good command of English
• Able to work independently and structurally
• Able to work under pressure
