Assistant Financial Controller

Main tasks And responsibilities:

This position manages all aspects of the financial area including accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, local and international financing to achieve corporate financial KPI´S and develop internal control policies and procedures.

- Assist Line Manager in Cash flow management across all sites to ensure the availability of financial resources to the operations;

- Prepare/publish/monitor daily/weekly/monthly financial reports to ensure quality control over business operations;

- Coordinate and lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to maintain and strengthen internal controls;

- Roll out Corporate Guidelines to keep company records organized and readily available for examination;

- Manage legal, accounting, financial and tax environment to guarantee regulatory compliance;

- Ensure proper controls and reporting are in place and maintained to protect the company against potential fraud, theft and litigation. Monitor and enforce company policies related to the use and expenditure of the company’s capital;

- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional and cross-finance teams to provide thoughtful leadership and influence decision making through deep financial analytical insight into core business decisions;

- Establish, Create and Develop business relationships with banks and lead loan process to ensure a sustainable relationship with stakeholders;

- Monitor permanently regulatory environments to identify potential opportunities and risks;

- Point out risks that may arise from operational and commercial decisions. Seniority is highly appreciated;

- Support and lead the new company incorporation process from the administrative and regulatory perspective;

- Other adhoc tasks related to company operational task to improve business performance

- Age: 9X, graduated universtiy in Finance/Accounting major;

- At least 3 years in the same postion;

- Must be 100% bilingual (English-Vietnamese) / Fluent English speaking;

- Understanding and use of generally accepted accounting principles;

- Deep knowledge of regulatory environment and requirements;

- High proactivity and proved self-management skills;

- Able to provide scenarios when dealing with problems and support decisions with different approaches;

- WORKING EXPERIENCE IN BIG4 OR FINANCE AND TAX FIRM IS PREFERABLE;

- FAMILIAR WITH INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS IS A PLUS;

Working from: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM from Monday to Friday

100% salary in 02 probation months;
