Mô tả công việc
Accountabilities:
Main purpose:
Ensure smooth month-end closing and all financial reporting deadlines are met
Ensure all journal postings are sufficiently supported by comprehensive documentation.
Ensure that all transactions have been properly accounted for in accordance to VAS and group accounting manual
Ensure tax declaration and payment was made in compliant with local tax and accounting policy
Supervise whole Record-to- Report (RTR) process to ensure timely and quality reporting
Ensure that only right payment was released to right parties
Job role:
Team Management and development (15%)
Drive GL team agenda & priorities
Ensure rapid and precise response across the team to request of internal customers and stakeholders on all matters relating to RTR process
Quality assurance and Tax compliance (30%)
Address team and process performance issues and makes recommendations for timely actions.
First level review of all tax reports including CIT, VAT, withholding tax
First level review of BS reconciliation and variance analysis
First level of advice on technical accounting questions to team members
Treasury (30%)
Review supporting document for payment approval ensure proper control in place & sufficient supporting documentation
Run payment in banking system
Act as key contact point on Treasury relating matters with banks
Prepare Operating cash flow forecast – Actual report on a monthly basis and review with FCM.
Prepare Operating cash flow forecast-Forecast report& review with FCM & CFO
Financial Reporting &Controlling (25%)
Drive GL team’s performance to ensure the monthly financial report is submitted on timely basic with accuracy
Lead discussion with external outsourced parties to reach out resolution of R12 (Oracle) errors when arise
Lead the implementation of finance process improvements
Cross function review on P2P performance
Support FCM on monthly internal control assessment by obtaining valid evidences across functions/ departments
Financial filing system: ensure robust and completeness of finance archiving
Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

Skills / Qualifications:
5 -7 years working experience at supervisor level
Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting.
Knowledge of Oracle will be a plus
Solution oriented, willing to take initiative to solve problems
Strong technical knowledge on Taxation & VAS
Solid knowledge on internal control, preferred audit background
Team management skills
Able to work efficiently with internal stakeholders
Disciplined, self-driven
Attentive to detail and deadlines
Good speaking and writing skills in English.
Positive attitude, customer centric mind-set and the willingness to go the extra mile to meet organizational goals.
5 -7 years working experience at supervisor level
Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting.
